Contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make payment directly from your cheque or savings account.
You’ll need to enter the Biller Code and BPAY reference number as detailed on the front of your invoice.
Aviso WA can also accept payment in instalments through premium funding, please check your invoice or contact your Account Manager for further information.
For some refund payments, we may need to call you to confirm your bank account details.
We take dealing with our customers’ funds seriously and due to increasing instances of cyber- criminal activity and identify theft/fraud, we may need to confirm your bank account details before refund payments are made.
As part of the telephone call we will:
Identify ourselves by individual name and that we are calling from Aviso WA Insurance Brokers
Request you confirm part of the bank account number that was provided as part of the refund request
Request that you provide your name for our records.
If you feel uncomfortable about providing this information to our caller, you can call us back on 08 6274 0500 to confirm your details and we can then process the refund payment.
